TO INITIATE A RETURN USING OUR PREPAID LABEL

EMAIL RETURNS@WILDPOPPYSHOP.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER OR EMAIL USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. LET US KNOW WHICH ITEM(S) YOU'RE RETURNING AND WE WILL SEND YOU A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE NOTE: THE LABEL COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR RETURN AMOUNT.

TO INITIATE A RETURN USING YOUR OWN POSTAGE

PACKAGE ITEMS SECURELY IN A POLY MAILER OR BOX (NO PAPER ENVELOPES OR MAILERS). SEND RETURN TO: WREN & IVORY, 1497 EAST BASELINE ROAD, #4-107, GILBERT, ARIZONA 85233. FOR FASTER PROCESSING TIMES, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NAME OR ORDER NUMBER ARE CLEARLY INCLUDED WITH THE PACKAGE. PACKING SLIPS ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL!

RETURN POLICY

ALL REGULAR PRICED ITEMS WILL BE RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. AS A COURTESY, WE ARE HAPPY TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A DISCOUNTED USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING LABEL. ONCE RECEIVED & PROCESSED, WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT LESS THE COST OF THE LABEL. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR OWN LABEL, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRACKING/RECEIPT OF THAT ITEM. PLEASE KEEP THE TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED. ONCE RECEIVED, RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

TIMELINE

WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT ITEMS UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOU. ANY ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER THE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND NO STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED. OUR 30 DAY POLICY IS FIRM AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

CONDITIONS

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED. ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. ALL TAGS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED (IF APPLICABLE). IF AN ITEM IS INSPECTED AND DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH YOUR OPTIONS.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

IF AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS CANNOT BE WORN OR WASHED WHEN CLAIMED AS DAMAGED. AFTER FIVE DAYS, Wild Poppy Shop CAN NO LONGER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. THIS FIVE DAY POLICY IS FIRM AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. IF A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM IS RECEIVED, PLEASE EMAIL PHOTOS TO RETURNS@WILDPOPPYSHOP.COM Wild Poppy Shop WILL COVER THE COST OF USPS FIRST CLASS RETURN SHIPPING IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM BEING RECEIVED.

EXCLUSIONS

ALL CLEARANCE, HOLIDAY SALE,  & SPECIAL PROMOTIONS  ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT.
